EULA Settings

The EULA & Privacy Notice settings contain legal, privacy, and licensing information related to the use of Hilti Construction Layout.

These settings allow selection of the country and language used for legal documentation. The language selected here applies only to the legal texts and is independent of the application language, which is configured separately in General Settings.

The section also includes access to the following documents:

• Terms and Conditions
• Privacy Notice
• Third‑Party Notices

In addition, data‑sharing preferences can be managed within this section. Hilti aims to continuously improve application performance and user experience by creating and analyzing aggregated usage data.

Device‑related information, such as the application identifier, interactions with the app, and usage metrics, is collected using cookies or similar technologies. This data collection is performed through Hilti’s analytics partner, Google Analytics.

By agreeing to data sharing, consent is given for the use of data as described in the Privacy Notice. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the same EULA & Privacy Notice settings.
