Knowledge Base Access is Available through HCL

The help icon now allows the HCL knowledge base (this current platform) to be accessed through the HCL support icon at the top of the screen. Access AI-assisted answers and search the data base to get updated information on tool information and how-to articles:

Improved Calibration Experience

The calibration experience for the PLT 400 has been improved with better messaging and even an option to manually postpone a calibration one time if it will assist with your workflow.

Improved Calibration Messaging:

When warnings on the tablet appear that are calibration related, improved messaging regarding those warnings or errors will give clearer insight as to how to move forward to complete a successful calibration.

One-Time Field Calibration Postponement:

When field calibrations are triggered, users can determine to postpone the calibration for 30 minutes, or to proceed with the calibration. Note - if postponed, the tool will calibrate automatically after 30 minutes without the ability to be postponed again.

New Filter Options in Point List

New options have been added to enhance your navigation and organization of your point list. See this article for a full understanding of how to work with your point list on the tablet.

New Filter Options Added:

  • Point Name filter

  • Time Created filter

  • Coordinate filter

  • Attributes filter

New Point Sorting Options Added:

  • New settings icon appears to initiate point column reordering and column visibility

  • Relevant columns have sorting options in ascending or descending order

Optimized Stationing Report Features

It is now possible to pre-apply certain formatting to your stationing report, as well as retrieve a PDF or XLXS version of your report. See this article for the updated information.

New Deviation Report Feature

It is now possible to obtain your own deviation report of as-built (staked) data. Please see this article for more information.

High Contrast Colors Added for Better Visibility in Daylight:
